Who it is for
Anyone starting care with me, or returning after more than a year. It also suits people who have seen other clinicians and want one clear picture of what is going on.
What to expect
We talk through your history, current symptoms, sleep, health and what matters to you. There is no rush and no checklist interrogation. You leave with a working diagnosis, options explained in plain language, and a written plan. Sixty minutes in my office or over secure video. A short intake form beforehand lets us spend the visit talking, not filling in boxes.

Will my insurance cover it?
Many plans reimburse part of the cost. I provide a detailed superbill and can help you check your out-of-network benefits. If cost is a barrier, ask about the sliding scale.
